Rebecca Grapsy

Rebecca Grapsy is a communications professional with more than a decade of experience bridging communications, policy, and technical domains. At the Department of Transportation, she translated complex regulatory and safety issues into clear, high-impact narratives for industry, media, and the public before moving into the automotive industry earlier this year. She specializes in building productive cross-functional relationships with technical teams, including the engineers she worked with at the Naval Surface Warfare Center – Carderock as well as those at NHTSA and USDOT. She holds an undergraduate degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Homeland Security from Penn State.
